Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Omer Demirci (ranked 2720 p4p, 5765 weight class) and Matt Cosce (ranked 371 p4p, 677 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Demirci.
Cosce throws out a counter right but Demirci avoids it with no problem.

Cosce pushes Demirci up against the cage in a clinch.
Cosce misses with a punch to the body.

Demirci is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Cosce can't fight it off and eventually Demirci manages to take the fight to the floor. Cosce looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Demirci passes Cosce's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Cosce really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Demirci. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
