Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Brandon Baldwin (ranked 2745 p4p, 23322 weight class) and Yevgen Maartins (ranked 378 p4p, 715 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 30 - 25 - 1, fighting out of London, Brandon Baldwin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yevgen Maartins!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Andrew Berry and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baldwin wants to slow Maartins down by chopping away at his legs.
Maartins on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Baldwin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Maartins moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Maartins wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Maartins connects with a right hand. Baldwin shakes it off.
It looks like Brandon Baldwin has been cut.
Maartins cracks Baldwin with a right hand to the side of the head.
Maartins attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Baldwin misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Maartins connects with an inside leg kick.
Baldwin walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Maartins checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Maartins's coach down at Desert Fitness & Training (14 Elite Coaches) was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Maartins's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Maartins throws a head kick but Baldwin moves out of range.
The fight stays on the outside here - Maartins looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Maartins checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Baldwin looks for the body kick but Maartins saw that one coming.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Baldwin scores with a nice body kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Baldwin scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Maartins clobbers Baldwin with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Yevgen Maartins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Good exchange - Maartins coming out on top.
Baldwin is rocked!
Maartins connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Baldwin out cold! This one is over in a flash!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Yevgen Maartins!
