Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ottaa Koppia!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Michael Johnstone and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Canoe moves to clinch but Koppia breaks away
and Koppia counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Canoe moves into the clinch.
A short left from Koppia.
Koppia breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Douche Canoe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Koppia keeps the fight on the outside.
Canoe closes the distance but Koppia moves to the side
and Koppia counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Canoe has Koppia up against the cage in a clinch.
Koppia digs a right hand into Canoe's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Canoe's gas tank.
Canoe tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Koppia lands with a light punch inside.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Douche Canoe. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Canoe tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Koppia smiles and moves away.
Oooooh!!! Koppia has knocked Canoe down with a huge combo! Koppia steps away and waves a wobbly Canoe back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Douche Canoe has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Canoe moves to clinch but Koppia breaks away
and Koppia rattles Canoe with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Canoe tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Koppia dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Canoe stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Ottaa Koppia!
