Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lindsay Apollo (ranked 900 p4p, 2899 weight class) and Jesse Turner (ranked 52 p4p, 145 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lindsay Apollo!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jesse Turner!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Jonathan Paton and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Apollo fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Turner throws a nice looking combination but Apollo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Apollo staying out of range there.
Apollo connects with a nice looking jab.
Apollo has been working on his boxing with his coaches at GWad's Playpen in the buildup to the fight.
Turner misses the body punch
and Apollo counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Apollo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Turner closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Turner moves away from the strike by Apollo.
Apollo with a hook.
Turner is rocked!
Turner loads up on a big right hand but Apollo slips the punch.
Turner is still on wobbly legs! Can Apollo finish him?
Apollo throws a series of punches but Turner moves out of range.
Apollo lands a big uppercut and Turner crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Turner looks OK. Apollo waves Turner back to his feet!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Turner throws a lazy uppercut
and Apollo counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Apollo ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Turner's jaw. Turner's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Apollo does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Lindsay Apollo!
Lindsay Apollo is the new bantamweight champion!
Lindsay Apollo bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
The defeated Jesse Turner had this to say: 'fuck it'.
