Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Robert Frost (ranked 4188 p4p, 3335 weight class) and Blinko Felly (ranked 200 p4p, 168 weight class). Frost comes to the cage accompanied by SETH ECT - B.L.A.S.T. Blinko Felly struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 137.5lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Robert Frost! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Blinko Felly! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Reed Andrews and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Felly moves into range and connects with a jab. A jab from Felly finds it's way through Frost's defenses. Frost takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Blinko Felly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Felly scores with a jab. Frost acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Felly lands a nice shot that snaps Frost's head back.
Felly lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Felly jabbing away but nothing is landing. It looked like Frost was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Felly has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off. Nice uppercut there from Felly. Felly misses the shot to the body. Frost shoots in for a takedown and gets it. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Felly is looking to escape. Felly is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Frost pulls his head out easily. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Frost in particular looking to stall. Felly looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Felly looks winded! Frost scores with a couple of good hammerfists.

Frost takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Frost stalling. Felly is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The referee calls for the fighters to work.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Frost is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Felly has managed to free his arm - good work. Frost keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Frost's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Frost has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Felly is trying to stand.
Felly is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Frost scores with a couple of nice shots. Frost wants to take a breather but Felly is having none of it. Frost is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Felly defends it well. Frost is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Frost decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Frost closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Felly to the mat! Felly manages to get full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Frost seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Felly keeping moving, preventing Frost from controlling successfully. Felly working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Frost doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Frost manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Frost controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Frost passes into half guard. Felly looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Frost scoring with strikes to the body and head. Still in half guard, Frost seems content to control. Frost working over Felly with some ground and pound. Felly looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Frost slows the pace down in half guard. Frost is pressing down on Felly's thigh, looking to free his foot. Felly is holding on for now. Frost takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Frost wants to control but Felly is keeping him busy. Frost content to control rather than advance. Frost shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Frost was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Felly tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops. Frost working for a choke but Felly is defending well. Frost has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Felly has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Frost gets his hooks in and is throwing strikes. Felly trying to get back to his feet but Frost is in full control for now. Frost lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Felly hold on?!
That's one minute gone in the round. Felly is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
