Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lanku Buoi (ranked 3852 p4p, 4247 weight class) and Fuat Tayyip (ranked 423 p4p, 454 weight class). Lanku Buoi could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Fuat Tayyip's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lanku Buoi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A chopping leg kick lands by Buoi.
Tayyip throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Buoi moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Buoi fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Tayyip.

Tayyip gets a double leg takedown into Buoi's guard.
Tayyip controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Buoi will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Tayyip with a flurry of punches that miss.
Tayyip is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tayyip stays in close to Buoi's body and controls the position.

Buoi has momentary wrist control but Tayyip slips an elbow through the middle.

Buoi is breathing heavily.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Tayyip postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Lanku Buoi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Tayyip shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Buoi napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Tayyip is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Buoi is working to avoid the ground and pound but Tayyip connects with a decent elbow.
Tayyip has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
You can see the frustration on Buoi's face as Tayyip controls the position.

Tayyip has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Buoi is trying to keep an underhook but Tayyip manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Buoi wants to stand back up but Tayyip manages to pass into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Buoi is rocked!

It looks like Lanku Buoi has been cut.
Tayyip scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Buoi is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Tayyip can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
