Masters has chosen Enter the Sandman as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Despite the aggression on Masters's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Diaz scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Diaz fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Masters, pushing him back against the cage.
Masters is looking for a takedown.
Diaz has Masters pressed against the cage.
Diaz gets through Masters's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Diaz has Masters pressed against the cage, preventing Masters from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Diaz pushes Masters back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Diaz creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Still in the clinch, Diaz scores with a nice short uppercut.
Masters is trying to push Diaz away but Diaz has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Diaz definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Diaz has his foot on Masters's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Masters works his way back into a safe position though.

Masters throws a big right hand that misses.

Diaz looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Masters drops back looking for a leg! Diaz is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Diaz manages to kick Masters off! Masters jumps back into Diaz's guard.
Diaz will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Diaz is trying to control the position but Masters postures up.

Masters is sitting in close to Diaz's body. Diaz has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Masters is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Masters is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Diaz.

Noel Diaz spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
Millard Masters spoke after the fight, saying 'Damn, I will go back to the gym and get stronger'.
