Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jani Korvakarva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rami Keimola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Keimola's choice of entrance music: Trick Daddy Ft. Bad Guy - What Dey Do. Rami Keimola is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Rami Keimola! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Korvakarva avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Korvakarva could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Korvakarva changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Keimola looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Keimola is looking to regain half guard here but Korvakarva keeps moving and retains side control. Keimola is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Keimola tries to bench press Korvakarva off him but Korvakarva keeps the position. Korvakarva is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Keimola is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Korvakarva trying to control the action but Keimola is working from the bottom. Korvakarva cracks Keimola with a big elbow. Korvakarva is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Keimola knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Keimola defending against the ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Keimola is looking for a sweep. Korvakarva trying to control the action but Keimola is working from the bottom. Keimola gets back to half guard. Keimola looks gassed! Korvakarva controlling the pace. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Korvakarva throwing shots but Keimola is blocking nicely. Keimola won't allow Korvakarva to pass to mount. Keimola is staying active underneath Korvakarva, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Korvakarva stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Korvakarva drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Keimola keeping moving, preventing Korvakarva from controlling successfully. Korvakarva gets to his feet. Keimola looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Korvakarva drives through with a takedown into guard. Korvakarva pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Keimola is keeping the position for now. Keimola keeping moving, preventing Korvakarva from controlling successfully. Keimola is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Korvakarva decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Keimola misses with a wild combination.
Korvakarva closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Korvakarva is looking to take a break and control but Keimola is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Korvakarva is looking for a kimura here.
Keimola is trying to stand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Korvakarva wants to control but Keimola is keeping him busy. Korvakarva is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The fighters are battling for position here. Keimola manages to regain full guard. Nice work. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Keimola is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Korvakarva wants to control from the top but Keimola keeps moving. Keimola working for a triangle but Korvakarva defends it easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jani Korvakarva dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Keimola with a poor takedown and Korvakarva counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Korvakarva. Korvakarva works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Korvakarva trying to control the position from guard on top but Keimola is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Korvakarva advances to half guard. Korvakarva is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Keimola makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Keimola. Korvakarva drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Korvakarva as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Keimola screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Korvakarva! Nice submission victory there!
