Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kaewpetch Sitsongrit !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adan Jereny!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, John Kavanagh and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jereny swings widly with a right hand
and Sitsongrit counters with a stiff right hand.
Jereny looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Sitsongrit delivers a nice body kick.
Sitsongrit doesn't manage to clinch there - Jereny circles away.
Sitsongrit pushes Jereny away with a front kick.
Sitsongrit throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Sitsongrit will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Sitsongrit throws a head kick that misses.
Sitsongrit fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
And Jereny tries to counter it with a takedown but Sitsongrit pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Sitsongrit goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Jereny is rocked!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sitsongrit is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Jereny is defending well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kaewpetch Sitsongrit . That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sitsongrit unloads a knee to the mid-section. Jereny lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Sitsongrit has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Jereny uses from the top position.
Jereny drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Sitsongrit manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Jereny has Sitsongrit in his guard.

Jereny wants to get back to his feet but Sitsongrit is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sitsongrit scores with a big shot! Jereny's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Jereny! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

In his post fight interview, Kaewpetch Sitsongrit started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
