Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Marco Demarco!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Charlie Conover!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Steven Brown and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conover lands a jab to the head.
It looks like Marco Demarco has been cut.
Demarco on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Conover jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Conover stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Conover lands with a hook. Demarco tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Demarco walks into a straight right hand from Conover.
Demarco takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Demarco looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Marco Demarco's cut is getting worse.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Conover jabs Demarco to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Conover connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Demarco to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Conover!
