Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Darius Perseu (ranked 2135 p4p, 2720 weight class) and Dobs Breckin (ranked 299 p4p, 364 weight class). Darius Perseu is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Darius Perseu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dobs Breckin!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Viktor Lagutenko and Aleksei Zolotukhin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Breckin connects with a crisp jab.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Breckin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Perseu. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Breckin is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Dobs Breckin showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Breckin goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Perseu tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Breckin defends well and Perseu ends up having to push Breckin into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Perseu is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Breckin gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Breckin is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Perseu is keeping busy.
Breckin can't find room to land a body shot as Perseu controls the action.

Dobs Breckin is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Breckin leaves Perseu with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

and Breckin counters with a lovely straight right hand!

And that's the end of the fight!
Dobs Breckin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Breckin has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
