The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith slips under a jab from Brown.
Brown steps into range and cracks Smith with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Smith flops backwards and Brown dives into his guard looking to finish!
It looks like Agent Smith has been cut.
Brown looking to pass the guard.
Brown must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Brown is looking to stand up but Smith won't let him.
Brown looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Smith is breathing heavily.
Smith has a closed guard, preventing Brown from standing up.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Brown stands and steps away. Smith gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Brown smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Brown wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Brown drops Smith with a right and a left! Brown comes rushing in but Smith regains his composure and manages to keep Brown in guard.
Smith is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Brown decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
A jab from Brown finds it's way through Smith's defenses.
Agent Smith's cut is getting worse.
Agent Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brown closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Smith out cold! Smith corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
