Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 8 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chris Davis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Davis fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. IsoG sprawls well initially but Davis persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Davis looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Davis seems to be working for a kimura but IsoG defends the submission attempt. IsoG really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Davis. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. IsoG is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Davis is thwarting IsoG's attempts to control the position. Davis is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Davis postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for IsoG to stand up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. IsoG lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
IsoG fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. IsoG cracks Davis with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Davis looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can IsoG finish him?
Davis is rocked!
It looks like Chris Davis has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Davis ducks into an uppercut from IsoG and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). eL IsoG! A victorious eL IsoG thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter.
