Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Joseph Futeran!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Romega Vartanein!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Fedor Mirinova and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Futeran shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A decent looking cross lands there for Futeran.
It looks like Romega Vartanein has been cut.
Vartanein misses with a left hand
and Futeran counters with a monster hook and another for good measure! Vartanein falls to the ground, out cold! Stick some heavy metal music over the top of that clip and it's one for the highlight makers!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Joseph Futeran!
A very excited looking Joseph Futeran rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
