Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jack P Olsen (ranked 2357 p4p, 5897 weight class) and Koa Nightmarcher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jack P Olsen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Koa Nightmarcher! The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Sandra Marshall and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nightmarcher connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Olsen momentarily.
Olsen fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Nightmarcher avoids it really well and circles away. Olsen looks for a takedown but Nightmarcher sprawls well. Nightmarcher gets caught flat footed, as Olsen shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Olsen wants to control from the top but Nightmarcher keeps moving. Nightmarcher really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Olsen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Olsen stands and throws Nightmarcher's legs to the side, diving into side control. Nightmarcher is not content to let Olsen control the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Olsen looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Olsen trying to control the position but Nightmarcher is working away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nightmarcher is trying to get back to half guard. Olsen tries to move into full mount but can't pass Nightmarcher's legs. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Olsen thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Olsen tries for a kimura but Nightmarcher is defending well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Nightmarcher is looking for a sweep. Olsen wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Nightmarcher, who protects the arm well. Olsen fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Olsen is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Nightmarcher has escaped the position, nice work there. Olsen is trying to get an arm triangle but Nightmarcher is defending well. Nightmarcher is trying to control Olsen's posture but Olsen avoids it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Olsen tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Olsen is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Nightmarcher has escaped the position, nice work there. Olsen tries for a kimura but Nightmarcher is defending well. Nightmarcher looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Olsen is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Nightmarcher is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Olsen tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. You can see the frustration on Nightmarcher's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Olsen goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Nightmarcher rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Olsen's guard! Nice work there by Nightmarcher! Olsen has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Nightmarcher won't allow Olsen to sweep him here. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Jack P Olsen dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Olsen closes the distance and clinches up with Nightmarcher, looking for a takedown. Olsen pushes Nightmarcher against the cage but Nightmarcher circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. A bone on bone clash there as Olsen blocks the leg kick.
Olsen shoots in for a takedown but Nightmarcher shows good takedown defense. Olsen gets a clinch. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Olsen takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Olsen breaks the clinch.
Olsen has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Olsen there as he acknowledges the shot. Nightmarcher motions for Olsen to come forward. Nightmarcher throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Olsen doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Nightmarcher misses with a low kick. Jack P Olsen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Olsen gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Nightmarcher counters with a straight right hand. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack P Olsen. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Olsen takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Olsen moves into range and clinches up with Nightmarcher. Olsen jumps guard but Nightmarcher stands there with Olsen around his waist. Olsen gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Olsen trying to stall but Nightmarcher improves his position.

Nightmarcher throws a punch but it's blocked by Olsen. Olsen fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Olsen goes for a takedown in the clinch but Nightmarcher prevents it.

Nightmarcher blocks a body shot from Olsen. Olsen tries for a takedown but Nightmarcher manages to get underhooks.

Olsen drags the fight down to the ground.
Nightmarcher slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Nightmarcher slips nicely into half guard. Nightmarcher trying to control the action but Olsen is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nightmarcher takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Nightmarcher is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Olsen defends it well. Nightmarcher is thwarting Olsen's attempts to control the position. Nightmarcher not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Olsen trying to control but Nightmarcher postures up.
Jack P Olsen overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Olsen is looking for a sweep. Nightmarcher is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Olsen trying to control from the bottom.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Olsen will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Koa Nightmarcher is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Olsen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Nightmarcher's waist but Nightmarcher gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Olsen off to one side. Olsen dodges the punch combination from Nightmarcher.
Olsen drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Olsen passes Nightmarcher's left leg - he's now in half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Olsen stalling away here and it's allowed Nightmarcher to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Nightmarcher trying to control the position here. Olsen pushes down on Nightmarcher's leg and manages to get into half guard. Nightmarcher is looking to control Olsen's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Nightmarcher avoid being mounted? The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Nightmarcher wants to improve his position but Olsen is controlling well.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Koa Nightmarcher showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round! Olsen looks for a takedown but Nightmarcher sprawls well. A nice side step and Nightmarcher releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. No luck with that takedown attempt from Olsen. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Olsen is defended easily by Nightmarcher. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack P Olsen. That's going to take a lot out of him. Olsen misses with a takedown attempt - Nightmarcher sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Olsen with a lazy takedown attempt and Nightmarcher counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Olsen's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Nightmarcher connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Olsen scrambles back to his feet. Nightmarcher moves into range and connects with a jab. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Olsen shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Nightmarcher sprawls well. Nightmarcher wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Olsen gets slowly back to his feet. Olsen looks for a takedown but Nightmarcher sprawls well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nightmarcher fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Olsen is out of range. Nightmarcher tries to score with a low kick but Olsen moves his leg out of the way. Olsen tries for a takedown but Nightmarcher sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. A right-left combo lands from Nightmarcher. Olsen on the wrong end of a nice jab. Nightmarcher lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Olsen is rocked! Nightmarcher measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Olsen! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Koa Nightmarcher! After winning the bout, Koa Nightmarcher thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
