Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fat Ma (ranked 4541 p4p, 3310 weight class) and Rashid Elkhan (ranked 480 p4p, 373 weight class). Rashid Elkhan told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Fat Ma!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Rashid Elkhan!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Dirk Anderson and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ma misses with a double jab
and Elkhan counters with a nice uppercut.
Elkhan drops Ma with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Ma looks back up at him and smiles so Elkhan waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Ma goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
It looks like Rashid Elkhan has been cut.
Elkhan closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Ma! Elkhan dives in looking to finish! Ma is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rashid Elkhan!
