The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pyke doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Pyke takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Mikhasevich has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Pyke is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Pyke tries to score a body lock takedown but Mikhasevich shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Pyke goes for a takedown attempt but Mikhasevich pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Mikhasevich looks to land a combination. Pyke sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Mikhasevich is stalking Pyke. Pyke circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Mikhasevich, and it's lights out! Pyke really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
