The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Molloway avoids the head kick by Von Mises.
Von Mises keeps the fight on the outside.
Hax Molloway seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Von Mises.
Von Mises wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Molloway, who protects the arm well.
Von Mises content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Von Mises looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Molloway is trying to control Von Mises's posture but Von Mises avoids it.
Von Mises swings around for an armbar but Molloway sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Von Mises's guard.
Molloway passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Molloway wants to control but Von Mises is keeping him busy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Molloway wants to lay and pray for a moment but Von Mises keeps working.
Molloway thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Molloway is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Von Mises has escaped the position, nice work there.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Von Mises is looking to regain half guard here but Molloway keeps moving and retains side control.
Molloway is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Von Mises knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Molloway has control of an arm but Von Mises manages to advance to Molloway's back!

Von Mises is not going to allow Molloway to sit and survive in this position.

Von Mises has the hooks in. Molloway is starting to panic. He's trying to push off one of the legs but he's left his neck open to attack. Von Mises passes his arm under Molloway's neck and tightens up a rear naked choke! This one is surely all over! Yes, Molloway taps!
