Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Kaine Krause (ranked 4555 p4p, 2144 weight class) and Jayson Tatum (ranked 603 p4p, 331 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 29 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kaine Krause!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jayson Tatum!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Reed Andrews and Jonathan Paton.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krause moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Tatum circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jayson Tatum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tatum attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Tatum moves away from the strike by Krause.
Krause backing away here, and Tatum unleashes a leg kick that just misses.

Krause loads up on a big right hand but Tatum slips the punch.
Tatum lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Krause closes the distance looking to clinch
enabling Tatum to counter with a crisp jab.

Tatum throws a leg kick that misses.

Tatum missing with a left hand there. Krause was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Kaine Krause.
Well Krause has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
