The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodrigues clinches up with Dinabambu and pushes him back against the cage.
Rodrigues has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Dinabambu scores with a shot to the side of Rodrigues's head.
Dinabambu scores with a shoulder strike.
Dinabambu tries to land a knee to the head but Rodrigues blocks with his arms.
Rodrigues pulls guard successfully.
Dinabambu wants to stand but Rodrigues has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Dinabambu really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rodrigues. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Rodrigues looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Dinabambu is defending well. Rodrigues quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Dinabambu has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Rodrigues celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

Samuel Rodrigues spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
