Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivars Ivanovs (ranked 24712 p4p, 24532 weight class) and Lan Mandragoran (ranked 703 p4p, 707 weight class). Ivanovs comes to the cage accompanied by Beastie Boys - Intergalactic. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Lan Mandragoran!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Alexandre Firmino and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mandragoran dives in and grabs Ivanovs's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ivanovs pushes down on Mandragoran's head and hops out.
Mandragoran shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
As Mandragoran looks to move away, Ivanovs throws a big counter combo but Mandragoran just gets out of the way.
Ivanovs throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Mandragoran is fighting to break Ivanovs's control of his arms but Ivanovs is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mandragoran is trying to control the position but Ivanovs postures up.
Mandragoran isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Ivanovs stacks Mandragoran on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Ivanovs!
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Ivanovs connects with a body shot that sends Mandragoran's belly button to the back.
Mandragoran lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ivanovs circles away quickly and effectively.
Ivanovs closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Ivanovs lands a shoulder strike.
Mandragoran drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Mandragoran manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Mandragoran backs away from a small jab... but Ivanovs lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Mandragoran crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Ivanovs with a spectacular finish!

Our winner, Ivars Ivanovs, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
