Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lorenzo Bataglia (ranked 532 p4p, 1016 weight class) and Davdio Branko (ranked 32 p4p, 66 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Davdio Branko!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Nard Betker and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Branko shoots in and drives through. Bataglia sprawls well.
Branko misses with a takedown attempt - Bataglia sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Branko takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Branko closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Bataglia did well to prevent Branko getting side control.
Branko wants to work for an arm triangle but Bataglia is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Branko is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Branko is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Bataglia defends it well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bataglia is on top in guard.
Bataglia trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Bataglia has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Branko to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Bataglia is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Branko pulls down on the head and he's put Bataglia to sleep! This one is all over!
