Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between The Eagle (ranked 5700 p4p, 4106 weight class) and Jack McGregson (ranked 441 p4p, 367 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 4 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, The Eagle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jack McGregson!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Tarja Halkonen and Johanna Lukiainen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGregson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Eagle is fending him off so far but McGregson persists. Nope, Eagle circles away and we're back to standing.
Horrible takedown attempt by McGregson or perhaps it was just good defense by Eagle, which made it look bad.
Eagle looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

McGregson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Eagle's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

McGregson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and McGregson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Eagle bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Eagle drops down looking for a counter takedown but McGregson sprawls and moves away.

McGregson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Eagle avoids it really well and circles away.
McGregson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Eagle swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Eagle tries to counter by moving into the clinch but McGregson manages to circle out of the way.
The Eagle has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack McGregson.

Eagle working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. McGregson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. McGregson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

McGregson has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Eagle to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! McGregson is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Eagle pulls down on the head and he's put McGregson to sleep! This one is all over!

After the fight, The Eagle was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
