Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Matthew Dunn (ranked 4327 p4p, 4392 weight class) and Bugs Tallis (ranked 472 p4p, 479 weight class). Bugs Tallis has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Matthew Dunn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bugs Tallis!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Matheus Silva and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dunn changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tallis tries to avoid it but Dunn manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tallis to the ground. Tallis escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Tallis closes the distance and clinches.
Dunn is trying to pull guard but Tallis turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Tallis tries for a takedown but Dunn manages to get underhooks.
Dunn has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Tallis is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Tallis perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Dunn manages to get to full guard.
Dunn bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Tallis's guard.

Dunn had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Tallis defends it easily.

Well Tallis has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
