Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Naoyuki Nakano (ranked 894 p4p, 1013 weight class) and Kree P Krawlee (ranked 118 p4p, 131 weight class). Krawlee has chosen Sail as his entrance music. Kree P Krawlee has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 13 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Naoyuki Nakano!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kree P Krawlee!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nakano thows a leg kick but Krawlee checks it

and Krawlee counters with a single leg into guard. Nakano didn't expect that.
Krawlee wants to pass the guard but Nakano is keeping the position.
Nakano has control of Krawlee's left arm, preventing Krawlee from doing any damage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Nakano is wriggling around trying to escape.
Nakano tries to lock up and control but Krawlee gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Krawlee fails to advance to Nakano's back.
Nakano bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Krawlee wants to stand but Nakano is controlling the position.

Nakano tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Krawlee wants to sweep but no luck.

Kree P Krawlee dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Nakano misses with a body kick.
Krawlee swings for the body but Nakano moves out of range.
Nakano tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Krawlee manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
A nice leg kick lands there from Nakano.
Krawlee thuds a left hand into Nakano's body.
Krawlee will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Krawlee pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Nakano back to the cage. Krawlee follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Nakano lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Krawlee has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Krawlee and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

and Krawlee counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Nakano is trying to keep Krawlee in close.
Nakano pulls Krawlee in to control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Nakano is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Nakano pulls Krawlee in close to his closed guard and prevents Krawlee from doing any damage or advancing position.
Krawlee has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Krawlee stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nakano swivels though and keeps the full guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Krawlee is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Nakano sees it coming and defends easily.

Krawlee is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Nakano is just riding it out for now. Krawlee eventually gives up the hold.

Krawlee is looking for a kimura but Nakano is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Krawlee to get the leverage.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Krawlee checks the leg kick nicely there.
A thudding body kick lands there by Nakano!
A left lands for Nakano.
Krawlee throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Nakano on the side of the head.
Nakano misses with a low kick.
Krawlee blocks a leg kick.
Nakano slips under a jab.
Nakano throws a quick inside leg kick.
Nakano lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Krawlee catches Nakano with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Kree P Krawlee showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

No joy there for Krawlee, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Krawlee swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Nakano slips a straight right by Krawlee.

Nakano walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Krawlee swings for the body but Nakano moves out of range.
Nakano tries to clinch up but Krawlee circles away and keeps his distance.
Krawlee appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Krawlee tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Nakano ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Krawlee moves away.
Krawlee fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Nakano on the side of the head.
Krawlee cracks Nakano with a right hand to the side of the head.

Nakano is rocked!
Krawlee fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Nakano to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Nakano looks to clinch but Krawlee throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Nakano taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
