Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Damon Petrers!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petrers closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Petrers lands a right hand.
Petrers softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Petrers lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Petrers.
Nitro wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Petrers lands a body punch in the clinch.
Petrers lands a nice shot to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Petrers stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
A right handed body shot lands from Petrers.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nitro working hard to break the clinch.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Petrers.
Petrers breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Petrers feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Nitros jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Petrers connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Nitro momentarily.
Nitro walks into a jab.
Petrers drives through and clinches with Nitro against the cage.
Nitro takes a shot to the head.
Petrers escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Petrers lands with a shot to the body.
Petrers lands a left and a right that send Nitro crashing to the mat, dazed. Petrers thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Nitro is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
OH! Nitro has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Petrers smells blood and charges in for the finish! Petrers unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Nitro sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Damon Petrers!
