Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Oscar Duif!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Super Meat Boy!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Thiago Cunha and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meat Boy scores with a jab to the head.
It looks like Oscar Duif has been cut.
Meat Boy lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Duif takes one to the chin there.
Duif takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Meat Boy comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Duif get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Duif stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Meat Boy runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Super Meat Boy!
A very excited looking Super Meat Boy rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
