Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jack Adlehyde (ranked 3406 p4p, 5658 weight class) and Kronk Nakamura (ranked 497 p4p, 671 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adlehyde loads up on a big right hand but Nakamura slips the punch.
Adlehyde fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Adlehyde clobbers Nakamura with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Nakamura wants to land a leg kick but Adlehyde is out of range.
Adlehyde throws a body shot but no joy.
Nakamura throws a head kick that misses

and Adlehyde counters by moving into the clinch.

I was talking to Adlehyde's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Adlehyde misses with a punch on the inside.
Nakamura lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Adlehyde.
Adlehyde dodges an elbow strike from Nakamura.
Adlehyde throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Adlehyde throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Nakamuras head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Adlehyde tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Adlehyde.
Nakamura gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Nakamura throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Adlehyde lands a left hand.

Nakamura is rocked!
Adlehyde pulls back and lands a big elbow that stuns Nakamura! Adlehyde unloads with more strikes and Nakamura sinks to his knees! This one is all over!

In his post fight interview, Jack Adlehyde started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
