Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phol has Vargas up against the cage in a clinch.
Vargas misses with a hook from the clinch.

It looks like Arturo Vargas has been cut.
Phol looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Vargas lands a body shot in the clinch.
Vargas can't find room to land a body shot as Phol controls the action.

Vargas lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Phol blocks a body shot from Vargas.
Vargas digs a right hand into Phol's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Phol's gas tank.
Vargas works on Phol's body with a couple of short punches.
Vargas lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Vargas breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Vargas misses with the combination.

It looks like Mfer Phol has been cut.
Vargas scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Phol uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Vargas.

Vargas fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Vargas cracks Phol with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Phol looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Vargas finish him?
Vargas throws a jab but it's blocked by Phol.
OH! Phol has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Vargas smells blood and charges in for the finish! Vargas unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Phol sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
