Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kree P Krawlee (ranked 1175 p4p, 1224 weight class) and No Way (ranked 160 p4p, 169 weight class). Krawlee comes to the cage accompanied by Sail. Kree P Krawlee has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kree P Krawlee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, No Way!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Way uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Krawlee.
Despite the aggression on Way's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Way loads up on a big right hand but Krawlee slips the punch.
Krawlee avoids a punch combination nicely.
No Way seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Way fails to land with a series of punches.
Way fails in his attempt to clinch.
Krawlee ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Way misses with a leg kick
and Way takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Krawlee looking to score a takedown here. Way is defending well but Krawlee drives through and ends up in Way's guard.
Krawlee wants to pass the guard but Way is keeping the position.
Krawlee is working hard here to advance position.
Krawlee is looking to pass into half guard but Way pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Way is in guard.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Krawlee tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Way wants to control from the top but Krawlee keeps moving.

Krawlee seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Krawlee is on top in guard.

Krawlee stands and throws Way's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Krawlee is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Way has escaped the position, nice work there.

Krawlee swings around for an armbar but Way sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Krawlee's guard.

Krawlee looking for a guillotine here but Way defends easily.

Krawlee wants to sweep here but Way controlling him for the moment.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Way working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Way postures up and lands a big shot to Krawlee's brow.
Way wants to stand but Krawlee has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Way stands up from Krawlee's guard - Way perhaps looking for a knockout.
Way throws a nice looking combination but Krawlee bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Krawlee moves out of range as Way strikes.
Jab by Way.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Way lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Krawlee circles away quickly and effectively.

Krawlee shoots in and gets a takedown into Way's guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Krawlee pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Way is keeping the position for now.
Way wants to stand and escape but Krawlee is having none of it.
Krawlee is pushing down on Way's leg trying to pass to half guard. Way is fighting to maintain full guard but Krawlee has managed to sneak the leg through.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Way tries to kick Krawlee off but Krawlee keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Krawlee passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Way!
Krawlee seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Way is holding on tight.
Way is trying to escape the mount but Krawlee keeps good control and instead manages to take Way's back.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Kree P Krawlee will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Nice sprawl there from Way as Krawlee shoots in.
Krawlee throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Krawlee shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Way as he avoids it easily.
Way lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Krawlee circles away quickly and effectively.
Krawlee throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A little jabbing left from Way on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Way takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Way misses with a double jab.
Krawlee blocks a low kick nicely.
Krawlee misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kree P Krawlee. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Way's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Way duly obliges.

It looks like Kree P Krawlee has been cut.
Krawlee uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Way has time to react.
Way looks to land a combination but Krawlee avoids it well.
Krawlee changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Way fails in his attempt to clinch.
Krawlee throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Way darts in and clinches Krawlee up against the cage.
Way tries to circle away but Krawlee has him pinned against the cage.
Krawlee is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Way pulls him back up using the underhooks.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Krawlee tries for a takedown. No joy.
Way wants to break the clinch but can't.
Krawlee keeps control of Way as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Krawlee breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Way misses with a right hand
letting Krawlee counter with a right hand.
Krawlee doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Krawlee looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Way looks to score with a jab to the body but Krawlee is just out of range.
Way takes one to the side of the head.
Krawlee lands the left hand.
Way missing with a left hand there. Krawlee was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Krawlee tries to counter with a takedown but Way is quick to defend against it.
Way scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Way throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Way throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Krawlee.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Way walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
A punch combination from Krawlee misses.
No Way is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Krawlee misses with a takedown attempt - Way sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Way lands a big right hand that sends Krawlee crashing to the mat! Way stays standing though and waves Krawlee back to his feet!

Krawlee is rocked!
Way connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Krawlee to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Way!
