Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tyrone Mack (ranked 723 p4p, 1053 weight class) and Macca Outback (ranked 108 p4p, 157 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tyrone Mack!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Macca Outback!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Chris Edwards and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Outback fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mack manages to avoid it.
Mack was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Outback stuns Mack with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Mack has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Marax MMA in the buildup to the fight.
Outback fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Mack on the side of the head.
Outback displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mack.
Outback looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Outback lands a nice looking body shot.

Mack uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Outback.
Mack takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Mack half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.

Mack fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Outback, pushing him back against the cage.

Outback pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Outback tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mack was well out of range. Poor timing from Outback.
Mack changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Outback connects with the punch.

Mack clobbers Outback with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Outback misses with a body shot.
Mack wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.

A little feinted left hand from Mack on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Mack doesn't manage to clinch there - Outback circles away.
Outback is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Mack.
Outback throws a good cross that connects.
Outback is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Mack rather than just go for the knockout.

Outback's jab looks to have found its range, popping Mack under the eye.
Outback misses with a hook. Mack ducked under it nicely.
Mack wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Outback misses with a double jab
and Mack counters with a stiff right hand.
Mack slips a jab from Outback.
Outback throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Mack changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Outback throws a body shot but no joy.
Mack is looking to counter punch.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Outback ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Mack moves away.
Outback misses with a jab to the body
and Mack counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Outback takes a swing at Mack's ribcage but misses.
Outback connects with a crisp jab.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mack is defended easily by Outback.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Outback! But no joy.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Macca Outback dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Macca Outback seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Outback misses with a right hand
and Mack cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Outback scores with a nice strike.
Outback connects with a nice looking jab.

Mack tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Outback manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Mack shoots in looking for a takedown. Outback tries to sprawl out of it but Mack keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Outback manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Outback scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Outback throws a jab but it's blocked by Mack.
Mack is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Mack gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Outback counters with a straight right hand.
Outback lands a right hook to the body.

Mack gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Mack avoids the body shot from Outback.
Macca Outback seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Outback misses with a jab, cross combination.
Outback is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Mack.
Outback connects with a right hand. Mack shakes it off.
Mack tries to clinch

and Outback counters with a nice right hand that sends Mack toppling to the canvas! Mack scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Outback finish him?!

Mack is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

A little jabbing left from Outback on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Outback lands a big uppercut and Mack crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Mack looks OK. Outback waves Mack back to his feet!
Oh Mack is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
BAM! Outback delivers a spinning backfist that drops Mack like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
