The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Potatohauler fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Wilson sprawls well initially but Potatohauler persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Potatohauler moves nicely into side control.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

A lull in the action here as Potatohauler stalls from top position.
Let's hope that Potatohauler has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Wilson is looking for a sweep.
Potatohauler wants to control but Wilson is keeping him busy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Potatohauler takes a little break here. Wilson wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Wilson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Potatohauler on the ground.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Wilson is looking to get back to his feet here but Potatohauler is keeping cool and he's managed to take Wilson's back.

Well, with Potatohauler on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Wilson is tapping out... Can he escape the position?

Potatohauler has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Wilson has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
