The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mazanov misses with the combination.
Menard takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Mazanov fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Mazanov fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Mazanov smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

It looks like Malcolm Menard has been cut.
Mazanov lands a jab to Menard's midsection.

Mazanov feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Menard sprawling to the canvas! Menard rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Mazanov finish him?!

Menard is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A slapping leg kick lands for Mazanov.
Oh Menard is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mazanov connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Menard's hands.
Mazanov throws a nice inside leg kick.
Menard get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Menard stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Mazanov runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
