Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Jon Erikson (ranked 3036 p4p, 22865 weight class) and Bedr Huri (ranked 67 p4p, 202 weight class). Erikson comes to the ring accompanied by Gåte - Statt Opp. Bedr Huri acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 19 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jon Erikson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bedr Huri! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Shimada and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Huri thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Erikson if he has to take too many more of those.
Erikson throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Erikson avoids the head kick by Huri.
Huri doesn't manage to clinch there - Erikson circles away.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Erikson connects with a solid leg kick. Huri misses with a jab, cross combination.

That's one minute gone in the round. Erikson's jab looks to have found its range, popping Huri under the eye. Erikson with a nice cross. Erikson cracks Huri with an open hand slap. Erikson keeps Huri at a distance using the push kick. Huri tries to close the distance and clinch up but Erikson swats him away and circles back towards the center. As Huri looks to move away, Erikson throws a big counter combo but Huri just gets out of the way. Erikson throws a push kick but Huri slaps the foot to one side. Erikson throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Huri uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Erikson. Huri ducks under a wild hook from Erikson. Huri now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Erikson feints a jab promting Huri to slip. Erikson then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Huri slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Huri keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Erikson rushes Huri and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch. Erikson has a couple of punches blocked by Huri.
Erikson lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Erikson throws a punch but it's blocked by Huri. Knees to the body from Huri.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Erikson creates a bit of space and cracks Huri with an uppercut that drops him to the canvas! Huri is wobbled and seems to be struggling to get back to his feet. 3,4,5. He's up! Phew, his manager will be relieved but they're no doubt wondering whether he'll be able to recover properly and get back in the fight!
Huri is rocked! Erikson connects with a crushing straight, right on the bridge of Huri's nose, sending him crumpling to the mat! That's really rocked Huri - is he going to beat the count??? 4,5,6,7,8,9.....10 - he's not made it - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Jon Erikson! A very excited looking Jon Erikson made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
