Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zak Foley!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 14 - 1, fighting out of London, Kyle Seehaver!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paulsen Ambrosius and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foley fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Seehaver manages to avoid it.
Seehaver shoots for a double leg takedown but Foley sprawls well. He's pushed Seehaver's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Foley misses with a leg kick

and Seehaver counters with a single leg into guard. Foley didn't expect that.
Seehaver controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Foley is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Greedy Fight School that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
Seehaver tries to free his leg and advance position but Foley is retaining full guard.

Let's hope that Seehaver has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Seehaver.

Seehaver is taking a breather. Foley says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Foley is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Seehaver blocks the strikes from Foley.

Foley is looking for a sweep. Seehaver is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Foley trying to hold on to Seehaver's head to control him but Seehaver postures up.
Still in half guard, Seehaver seems content to control.
Foley wants to control the action here but instead Seehaver manages to pass to full mount!

Seehaver stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Seehaver misses with a takedown attempt - Foley sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Seehaver keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Seehaver changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Foley is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Zak Foley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Foley lands a jab-cross combination.

It looks like Kyle Seehaver has been cut.
Foley cracks Seehaver with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Foley lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Seehaver at a distance.
Seehaver wants to clinch up but Foley keeps it at a distance.
Seehaver fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Foley appears to be looking for a big counter.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Zak Foley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kyle Seehaver.
Foley plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

Seehaver is rocked!
Foley circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Seehaver to the canvas! Seehaver doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Foley keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Zak Foley!
After winning the bout, Zak Foley thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
