The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thinonopakar takes a swing at Travers's ribcage but misses.

Travers shoots in and gets a takedown into Thinonopakar's guard.
Travers is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Travers drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Travers jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Travers controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Thinonopakar wants to stand up but Travers is controlling him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Travers throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Travers postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Thinonopakar is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Travers, into his guard.

Travers is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Thinonopakar frees his head nicely. Oh but Travers has switched to an armbar! Thinonopakar is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
