The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Mardov sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Segbo's guard.

Mardov looking to improve position, pressing down on Segbo's thigh with his hand. Segbo seems to be working to lock up a guilotine though... is Mardov paying attention? Apparently not! He's locked it up tight! Mardov's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Segbo picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!
