Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lemmy Bang (ranked 2583 p4p, 2817 weight class) and Rhondon Rousey (ranked 258 p4p, 280 weight class). Bang's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Hold On Be Strong. Rhondon Rousey is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bang ducks under a wild hook from Rousey.
Rousey showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Bang.
Rousey misses with a wild body shot.
Rousey is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Bang misses with an uppercut. Rousey saw that one coming.
Rousey blocks a jab.

Rousey throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bang sees it coming and avoids it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The fighters circling - Bang throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Rousey tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bang paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Rousey fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bang, pushing him back against the cage.

Bang takes an elbow to the forehead.

Bang breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Bang misses with a straight left.
Bang throws a jab when Rousey was well out of range.
Bang lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Rousey fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Bang looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Rousey is looking to clinch but Bang is avoiding it.

Rousey looks like he wants to counter punch here.

Rousey tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Bang manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
A little feinted left hand from Bang on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Rousey fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bang manages to avoid it.
Bang throws a hook to the side of Rousey's head but Rousey sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Rousey is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Bang tests Rousey's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Bang cracks Rousey with a good jab.
Rousey throws a body punch but Bang moves out of range.
Bang throws a hook but Rousey blocks it.
Bang displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rousey throws out the jab.
Bang cracks Rousey with a right hand to the side of the head.
Bang jabs Rousey to the body, keeping him at a distance.

and Bang counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

A jab from Bang misses.
Bang fails to land with a series of punches.
Bang misses with a double jab.
Lemmy Bang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bang scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Bang avoids the body shot from Rousey.
Bang throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Rousey closes the distance and pushes Bang back into the cage.
Rousey looking to throw knees to the head but Bang is blocking nicely.
Bang gets through Rousey's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Bang.
Bang lands with a light punch inside.

Rousey is rocked!

Bang escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bang throws a hook but Rousey avoids it easily.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Bang, as that shot connected.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Lemmy Bang dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Rousey ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bang moves away.
Rousey throws a nice looking combination but Bang bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Bang cracks Rousey with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Bang uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Rousey.
Rousey walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Rousey is still on wobbly legs! Can Bang finish him?
Bang throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bang connects with a body shot.
Rousey has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Rousey there as he acknowledges the shot.
Bang drops Rousey with a huge uppercut! Rousey drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Bang is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
