Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ginger Jesus (ranked 3121 p4p, 2968 weight class) and Teddy Bear (ranked 371 p4p, 348 weight class). Jesus comes to the cage accompanied by Jesus Walks BY-KANYE WEST. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jesus closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

and Jesus counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Jesus tries to close the distance and clinch but Bear swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Bear lunges at Jesus with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Jesus's hand.
Jesus lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Bear holds on and takes a little breather.

Oooooh!!! Bear has knocked Jesus down with a huge combo! Bear steps away and waves a wobbly Jesus back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Ginger Jesus has been cut.
Bear closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Jesus! Bear dives in looking to finish! Jesus is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Teddy Bear!
After the fight, Teddy Bear was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
