The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McAffee drives through with a takedown into guard.
Missouri wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and McAffee manages to pass to side control.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with McAffee in particular looking to stall.
McAffee lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Missouri looks like he's trying to stand up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McAffee seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

McAffee lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Missouri ! More strikes land and this one is all over! McAffee jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!

In his post fight interview, Jared McAffee started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
