Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Helen Salvacion!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Affectionately Eve!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Alan Glass and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Eve shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Salvacion throws a quick counter kick to the body but Eve avoids it.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Eve.
Salvacion is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Eve's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Salvacion wants to get back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Salvacion is trying to control but can't.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Eve slows the pace down in half guard.

Eve darts in looking for a takedown but Salvacion gets double underhooks and turns Eve into the cage.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Salvacion shoots in but no luck this time.
Eve appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Eve fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Eve manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Salvacion on his heels. He'll look to pass Salvacion's guard now, I'm sure.
Salvacion is trying to keep Eve in close.
Salvacion seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Eve controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Eve's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Eve decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Salvacion shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Eve defends it nicely.
Eve is trying to counter with his kicks.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Eve throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Salvacion tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Eve is in Salvacion's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Eve wants to get up but he can't break Salvacion's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Eve seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Let's hope that Eve has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Salvacion feints and as Eve raises his hands in defense, Salvacion changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Eve manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Salvacion wants to control but Eve is keeping busy and won't allow it.
