The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Siddik with that takedown attempt.
Godoi looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Siddik closes the distance and clinches up with Godoi, looking for a takedown. Siddik pushes Godoi against the cage but Godoi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
