Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Johnny Le Banner!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
West works the jab nicely.

It looks like Johnny Le Banner has been cut.
A decent looking cross lands there for Le Banner.
Le Banner dips to his left and cracks West with an uppercut!
West tries to clinch up but Le Banner circles away and keeps his distance.
West tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Le Banner paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Le Banner scores with a crisp jab that stopped West in his tracks.
Le Banner throws a nice looking combination but West bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

West fails in his attempt to clinch.
It seemed like Le Banner was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

West tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Le Banner manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Le Banner might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

West definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

West closes the distance looking to clinch
and Le Banner counters with a nice uppercut.
Le Banner clobbers West with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Donk. Le Banner catches West right on the button with a cross.
Le Banner moves into range and connects with a jab.
West misses with a few strikes there.
Le Banner lands a jab to the nose.
Le Banner connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

West is rocked!
Le Banner lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Oh West is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
West bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Le Banner's head.

That has opened up Johnny Le Banner's cut even more.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Le Banner connects with a nice looking jab.
West sizes up Le Banner with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Le Banner dips to his left and cracks West with an uppercut!
Le Banner lands an uppercut out of nowhere! West falls backwards - clearly groggy! Le Banner dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Johnny Le Banner!
Johnny Le Banner was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
