Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rexob Boxer (ranked 3754 p4p, 6089 weight class) and BJ Penn Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 568 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Rexob Boxer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, BJ Penn Jr!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Micheangelo Fripello and Josh West.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn Jr darts in looking for a takedown but Boxer gets double underhooks and turns Penn Jr into the cage.
BJ Penn Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Penn Jr takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Penn Jr on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Boxer. Boxer obviously looking to wear him down.
Boxer moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Boxer moves into the clinch.
Penn Jr tries for a takedown but Boxer manages to get underhooks.

Boxer escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Penn Jr looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Boxer throws a right hand that Penn Jr ducks under and follows up with a left that Penn Jr also avoids with ease.

Penn Jr bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Boxer throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
A short uppercut from Boxer.
Penn Jr tries for a takedown. No joy.
Rexob Boxer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of BJ Penn Jr.
Penn Jr is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Boxer pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Boxer stalling the fight.
Boxer is pressed up against the cage. Penn Jr has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Boxer down to the mat. Boxer avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Nice sprawl there from Boxer as Penn Jr shoots in.
Penn Jr looks for a takedown but Boxer sprawls well.
Boxer changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

Penn Jr is trying hard to land a takedown here. Boxer sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Boxer throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

and Boxer moves into the clinch.
Penn Jr is still on wobbly legs! Can Boxer finish him?
Boxer lands an elbow inside that Penn Jr shrugs off.
Boxer lands a shoulder strike.
Stalling in the clinch from Boxer.
Knees to the body from Boxer.
Boxer pushes Penn Jr back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.

Boxer escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Boxer with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Boxer tests Penn Jr's chin there with a solid looking shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Boxer throws an overhand right that drops Penn Jr like a sack of potatoes! Boxer dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
