The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cummings fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hurting, pushing him back against the cage.
Hurting is trying to pull guard but Cummings turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Cummings pulls Hurting into guard.
Hurting trying to control but Cummings is working from the bottom.
Hurting throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Cummings works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Cummings is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Hurting rolls with it to try and escape but Cummings cranks on the arm and Hurting is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
