The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Butler comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Grass uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Butler.
Grass tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Butler just misses with a punch to the body.
A head kick by Butler misses

and Grass counters by clinching up.
Grass is trying to pull guard but Butler turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
A right handed body shot lands from Butler.
Grass looking to stall.

Butler lands a hook to the side of the head.

A short body shot lands from Butler as the two fighters clinch.
Butler lands a nice elbow from the clinch.

Grass is rocked!
Butler has Grass pressed against the cage. He pushes Grass back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Butler throws a beautiful elbow that sends Grass crashing to the floor! Butler piles on the pressure with more strikes! Grass is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
