Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Itchy Sinclair (ranked 1713 p4p, 2984 weight class) and Markus Kray (ranked 237 p4p, 396 weight class). Itchy Sinclair could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Markus Kray's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Itchy Sinclair!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Markus Kray!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Roger Salmon and Micheangelo Fripello.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kray takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Sinclair ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Kray uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sinclair.
Kray has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Sinclair tests Kray's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Sinclair throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kray tries to clinch but Sinclair moves out of range.
Sinclair fails to land with a series of punches.
A little jabbing left from Kray on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Kray lands a glancing blow to the side of Sinclair's head.
Sinclair gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

It looks like Itchy Sinclair has been cut.
Kray misses with a straight left.

Kray moves into the clinch.

Sinclair wants the takedown. Kray is fighting it off but Sinclair persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Kray's guard against the cage.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sinclair stops Kray from standing up.
Kray is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Sinclair lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Sinclair has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Kray wants to get back to his feet but Sinclair is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sinclair is in close to Kray's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Sinclair with a nice head shot there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sinclair prevents Kray from getting back to his feet.
Sinclair working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Kray's head.
Sinclair passes Kray's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Kray is trying to stand.

Well, if Sinclair is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
