The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jamay uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hassan.
Hassan connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Jamay's hands.
Jamay gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Jamay throws a leg kick that misses.
Jamay throws a leg kick but Hassan sees it coming and moves out of range.
Jamay lands with a nice combination. Hassan backs away looking to recover.
Jamay misses with an attempted mid kick.

Kofi Jamay seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hassan definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Nice takedown defense from Hassan. No joy for Jamay on that attempt.
Hassan lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

and Hassan counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!

Jumping up and down and very excited, Abduwali Hassan waved his t-shirt featuring Brooklyn Threads's logo in front of the cameras.
Kofi Jamay was interviewed post fight and said 'You know man... Didn't go the way we planned. Gotta go back, regroup, ask a few questions... But I'mma be back don't you doubt that one minute! See ya'll lata!'.
