Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Roosa Järviläinen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mattson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Mattson is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Drake knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Drake is trying to control Mattson's posture but Mattson avoids it.

Drake tries to buck Mattson off but Mattson is having none of it.
Drake is working hard here to advance position.
Mattson stands up and beckons Drake to his feet.
Drake takes a swing at Mattson's ribcage but misses.
Mattson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Drake keeps the fight on the outside.

Drake throws a series of punches but Mattson moves out of range.
Mattson shoots for a double leg takedown but Drake sprawls well. He's pushed Mattson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Mattson shoots in but Drake avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Joshua Drake has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Mattson.
Mattson looks gassed!
Mattson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Drake as he avoids it easily.
Drake wants to clinch.
Nice body punch from Drake.
A jab-cross combination lands for Drake and sends Mattson crashing to the mat! Drake follows him down to the mat - Mattson regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
It looks like Mike Mattson has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mattson is not content to let Drake control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Drake is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Drake postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Mattson badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Drake around the waist but Drake pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Drake is the winner by TKO! Drake jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joshua Drake!
