Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Orlando Whyte (ranked 4931 p4p, 3376 weight class) and Ben Brannigan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ben Brannigan looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Orlando Whyte!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ben Brannigan!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yuuki Gou.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brannigan checks a leg kick nicely.
Whyte misses with a low kick.
As Whyte backs off Brannigan throws a huge counter combo but Whyte manages to avoid it all.
Brannigan scores with a one two! Whyte had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Brannigan rushes Whyte and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Brannigan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Brannigan pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Whyte looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Brannigan crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Whyte - the referee stops the clock and Brannigan gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Whyte. Brannigan manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Some bone on bone action there as Brannigan checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
